Scholarship Information
Donors may name the scholarship after themselves or in honor or memory of another person, family member, or a loved one. Some donors use the name of the scholarship to describe the nature of the award.

Scholarship Name

Each scholarship has a different purpose for helping students complete the requirements for a degree or certificate of completion. The purpose can be as simple as "assisting a student who is pursuing a degree or certificate of completion" or as specific for example as "assisting a student who has been accepted to the Nursing program." Keep in mind that restrictive requirements reduce the population of possible recipients. Keep your purpose narrow enough to direct your awards properly, but broad enough to allow for multiple applicants.
